As Doctors’ Day approaches on May 1, Niagara Health is preparing to celebrate and honor its dedicated physicians who provide care to the communities of Niagara.
With over 600 physicians representing various specialties, Niagara Health says they play a vital role in the organization’s patient-centered approach to healthcare.
Despite recruitment challenges in the healthcare sector, Niagara Health has successfully recruited and retained top talent, welcoming 52 physicians in key areas since May 2023.
To commemorate Doctors’ Day, Niagara Falls will be illuminated in blue from 9:45 to 10 p.m., and Welland’s Bridge 13 will also be lit in blue from dusk until dawn.
