To increase awareness and discourage impaired driving, Niagara Regional Police publicly disclose the names of individuals charged with criminal impaired driving offences in the region.
Between April 15th and April 21st, 11 people, 10 from Niagara were charged with impaired driving.
Upon being charged, they will face a 90-day driver’s licence suspension from the Ministry of Transportation, preventing them from driving on any roadways.
The following individuals have been charged criminally with impaired driving by alcohol or drugs, driving with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 mgs or above of alcohol in 100 ml of blood, or refusing to provide a breath / blood sample.

Joselyne URRUTIA, 37 years, Niagara Falls.
Ryan KIN, 43 years, Beamsville.
Denise CHEUNG, 44 years, Markham ON.
Nicholas t. PLUTE, 28 years, Grimsby.
Travis DEGRAVE, 24 years, Thorold.
Anderson BEERAY, 34 years, Welland.
Cory J. DAY, 27 years, Welland.
Matthew COUSINEAU, 24 years, Niagara Falls.
Timothy MACDONALD, 62 years, Welland.
