St. Catharines man wins $100,000 saying YES to ENCORE

Douglas Chilcott of St. Catharines said “yes” to ENCORE, winning $100,000 in the April 13, LOTTARIO draw.

Douglas, a lottery player for the past decade, always adds ENCORE to his ticket.

He plans to use the money to add more fun to the lives of he and his wife, possibly with a cross-Canada trip.

The winning ticket was purchased at Avondale on Facer Street in St. Catharines.
