The Niagara Falls will be lit up tonight to remember a local sports legend.
The falls will be illuminated in the colours of the Olympic rings from 9:00pm to 9:15pm, to pay tribute to Gord Singleton.
Born and raised in Niagara Falls, he was the first Canadian cyclist to win a World Championship.
Singleton, who later ran Niagara Battery & Tire, passed away in March at the age of 67.
