Niagara College has announced its largest fundraising campaign ever – titled Together.
The announcement was made at the school’s annual Gala last week, and will aim to raise $50-million to address issues in the skilled trades, healthcare and Canada’s productivity gap.
A number of large donations have already been made, including $1.5-million from the Joyce Family Foundation, $500,000 from the Embark Student Foundation, as well as an undisclosed gift from the McCall MacBain Foundation, that will help graduate more nurses, PSWs and paramedics.
Niagara College has a full-time enrolment of more than 11,000 students from over 95 countries.
