A Thorold man is facing charges after a child pornography investigation.
Niagara Regional Police say an investigation has been ongoing since September 2022, and searched a home earlier this week before seizing digital devices.
60-year-old Rheal Foisy has been charged with possession, accessing and making child pornography.
