Niagara Regional Police have made an arrest in connection to a double homicide in St. Catharines.
33-year-old Andrew Mummery was arrested in Smithville yesterday morning, and charged with two counts of second-degree murder in the death of 62-year-old George Mummery and 59-year-old Jennifer Allen.
Residents between St. Catharines and Smithville are asked to come forward if they saw Mummery, who was wearing a black coat, dark green hoodie, blue jeans and a green backpack at the time.
Detectives say there are no further suspects, adding that the suspect and victim were all known to one another.
