Niagara Regional Police have made a third arrest in connection to a Port Colborne murder.
Yesterday around 3:30pm, police arrested 47-year-old Richard Stevens in Niagara Falls after receiving a tip that he was in the residence.
Stevens, who police had named as a suspect earlier this month, has been charged with first degree murder in the death of Daniel Sanvido in late-August. Also charged in the case are 36-year-old Jade Hayward and 47-year-old Jacob Cudney.
