Niagara Regional Police responded to a report of threats near Oakwood Avenue and Parkwood Drive in St. Catharines.
On Friday, January 3rd, an adult female reported being followed by a man while walking on Hartzel Road and Thorncliff Drive.
Despite trying to evade him, the man continued to follow her until she reached her home, where he eventually left. Police confirmed the man’s actions were intentional, leading to the arrest of 51-year-old Daniel Clark of St. Catharines.
Clark has been charged with criminal harassment and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
