Until December 27th, you can park for free in both Downtown St. Catharines and Port Dalhousie from noon to 6:00pm.
The lifting of restrictions includes over 1000 spots, as well as the Ontario Street Parking Garage, with a three-hour time limit in effect to encourage shopping locally this holiday season.
The lifted rates include City pay-and-display machines, HONK Mobile zones, and hourly surface parking lots.
Regular rates will resume on December 30th.
