Niagara Regional Police are turning to the public to help find a missing man.
26-year-old Alpachino Mignott was last seen near Kent Street and Queenston Street in Niagara-on-the-Lake on October 19th just before 11:00pm. He’s a Jamaican national who is visiting Canada for a rugby event in Brampton.
He’s described as a black man, approximately 6’2 and 180lbs with black hair and a black beard. He also has a tattoo on the left side of his neck of a rose.
Anyone with information is asked to reach out.
