Homicide detectives are actively investigating the death of a 38-year-old man found in a rural area of Port Colborne.
The victim has been identified as Daniel Sanvido, and authorities have confirmed that he was the victim of a homicide after his body was found over the weekend near Forkes Road and Highway 140.
Investigators are urging anyone with information or who may have had contact with Daniel in the week leading up to his death to come forward.
