The Ontario government is investing over $6.1 million to create 65 new housing units in St. Catharines for people experiencing homelessness.
This includes $2.6 million for 50 modular emergency shelter units at 29 Riordan Street, offering year-round support and access to case management and community services.
An additional $3.5 million will fund 15 supportive housing units at 320 Geneva Street, featuring accessible designs and comprehensive support services.
