A man from St. Catharines faces charges following an incident at Sunset Beach last Friday.
Authorities responded to reports of a jet skier navigating through designated swimming zones at the beach, an area marked off-limits to vessels.
Consequently, the 20-year-old has been charged with operating a vessel carelessly, not wearing life jackets while riding, and lacking the required licensing for operation.
