Shania Twin, a world-renowned Shania Twain tribute act, is taking to the stage tomorrow in Welland for Concerts on the Canal.
Donna Huber, who performs as Shania Twin, says she was lucky enough to meet Twain one day.
Huber says her journey as a musician was different than most, as she didn’t start singing until her late 20s.
Twin has performed far and wide, from small towns in Ontario to locations across Europe over 30 years performing.
After three decades of playing Shania’s music, Huber says she still enjoys them – no matter how often she performs them.
Festivities start at 6:00pm with food and drinks, while Welland’s Andy Colonico is opening at 7:00pm.
Concerts on the Canal continues throughout the summer, including:
- August 16th: Jukebox Heroes
- August 23rd: Unraveling the Wilburys
- September 20th: True Rodeo
