Road closed and detour signs w barrier up close
Motorists and the general public are being advised that Rice Road at Quaker Road in Welland will be closed to through traffic starting today until Friday at 5:00pm.
The road closure is necessary for the installation of a new sanitary trunk sewer. Emergency Services will not have through access during the closure.
