Lincoln is set to see new housing development behind Calvary Gospel Church in Beamsville, pending council ratification.
The project includes 160 units on a 10-acre site, featuring single and semi-detached homes, townhouses, and a four-storey apartment building.
Originally planned for six storeys, it was reduced to four to address parking concerns.
The development now includes 69 parking spaces, six visitor spaces, and a parkette. Seven apartments will be designated as affordable housing.
