The St. Catharines Planning and Building Services Department have received an application for a Zoning By-law Amendment for lands at 1298 Fourth Avenue, proposing a long-term care facility in two phases.
The application, declared complete on February 16, 2024, will rezone the lands to Medium Density Mixed Use to permit the facility.
A Legislated Public Meeting is scheduled for April 8, 2024, for public input and comments.
