The City of Niagara Falls says the Grand Opening of The Exchange, the City’s new arts and culture hub, has been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances with the construction process.
Originally set to take place at The Exchange, the 12th annual Niagara Falls Night of Art event will continue as planned on Thursday, September 21, from 6-10 p.m. at the History Museum.
The free admission event will feature art installations, performances, live music, food & drink, and more.
