84 charges have been filed in connection with the fire and explosion at a hazardous waste facility in St. Catharines.
Ssonix Products and its three directors face charges related to the incident at 20 Keefer Road.
The January 12th explosion claimed the life of a 37-year-old worker, Ryan Konkin.
The first court appearance is set for late September 2023.
