On July 10th at 8:45 pm, Niagara regional police responded to an unknown 911 call in St. Catharines. They found a 60-year-old male victim on a restaurant patio on St. Paul Street, suffering from serious injuries. He was taken to a local hospital and later released.
The investigation revealed a minor verbal disagreement between the victim and a male suspect at the patio. Suddenly, the suspect stood up and repeatedly punched the victim, causing him to fall to the ground. The suspect and his group then left the patio, walking eastbound along St. Paul Street.
The suspect is described as a White male, 35-40 years old, with a slim build and short blonde hair, possibly sporting a moustache. He was wearing a large black t-shirt with a logo, blue jeans, and white Adidas sneakers.
