A Niagara Falls man has been charged in connection to a real estate fraud case.
This came after a real estate agent in Las Vegas contacted police after suspecting an individual from Niagara, 58-year-old Anthony Pierce, was attempting to defraud him and his client over a property deal.
Following an investigation, Pierce was arrested for breaching his conditional sentence, which stemmed from a 2022 fraud conviction.
He is now in custody, and police believe there may be additional victims and are asking them to come forward.
