Healthcare leaders and DEI change-makers from across Ontario will gather for Niagara Health’s “Transforming Care: DEI and Health Equity Knowledge Exchange” at the Holiday Inn Hotel in St. Catharines.
The event on December 5, has keynotes from Sane Dube, Director of Health Equity at Ontario Health, and Fatima Sheikh, Health Equity Specialist at Hamilton Health Sciences.
Attendees will participate in breakout sessions and panel discussions focused on advancing health equity and creating more inclusive healthcare systems.
In-person and virtual options are available, with early bird rates open until October 31, 2024.
