Wage increase, better benefits as part of new Rankin Construction deal

Workers with Rankin Construction have officially ratified a new contract.

The 150 employees are represented by the Construction Workers Union, who just struck a new three-year-deal that sees an increase of between 17 and 19 percent, including wage increases and improvements to benefits.

Rankin Construction has been locally owned and operated since 1991.
