An Open House for proposed zoning changes at 4 Welland Vale Road and 179 Ontario Street will be held online on April 24, 2024, at 6 p.m.
The plan includes building a three-storey apartment with twelve units at 179 Ontario Street, while the fourplex at 4 Welland Vale Road will remain.
Both buildings will share one access off Welland Vale Road and a parking area, with four spaces for the fourplex and eleven for the apartment building.
The proposal also includes a Common Element Condominium for shared site functions. The applicant seeks an Official Plan Amendment and rezoning to facilitate these changes, including reduced parking and setbacks.
