Niagara Falls Tourism is introducing the “Flavours of Niagara Falls” culinary festival, happening from January 13 to February 11, 2024.
The month-long celebration will showcase the city’s diverse culinary scene with celebrity Chef Chuck Hughes launching the Guest Chef Dinner Series.
Hughes, known for his innovative cuisine, partners with Ravine Vineyard Estate Winery on January 26.
The event focuses on local products and wines, with January featuring Icewine pairings and February highlighting Niagara Region Sparkling Wine.
