Niagara College’s Signature Chef Series returns on October 5 with a special Louisiana-themed dinner led by Executive Chef Eric Martinez of the Orlando World Center Marriott.
Chef Martinez, known for his “naturally New Orleans” style, will create a memorable dining experience at Benchmark, featuring Cajun-inspired dishes like Crawfish Étouffée and Duck & Andouille Gumbo.
The evening will include an outdoor food carnival paired with Niagara College wine and beer.
