St. Catharines received a royal visit over the weekend.
Attending yesterday’s Service of Remembrance at the cenotaph was the Duchess of Edinburgh, Sophie Helen Rhys-Jones. Alongside her was also Ontario’s Lieutenant Governor Elizabeth Dowdeswell.
In total the service last just less than an hour.
Rhys-Jones is married to Prince Edward, Duke of Edinburgh.
