A 75-year-old man from Niagara Falls has been arrested as part of a child pornography investigation.
Police say a complaint was received in April, and then earlier this month officers searched a home and uncovered evidence that led to the accused being taken into custody.
Joseph Bognar is now facing the following charges:
-2 Counts of Possessing Child Pornography
-1 Count of Accessing Child Pornography
He appeared for a bail hearing Wednesday at the Robert S.K. Welch Courthouse.
