HALL OF FAMER RAY BOURQUE WILL CAPTAIN THE BOSTON BRUINS ALUMNI AS THEY TAKE ON THE ONTARIO LAW ENFORCEMENT TORCH TEAM FOR SPECIAL OLYMPICS IN ST. CATHARINES

St. Catharines, On - Ray Bourque and the Boston Bruins Alumni will be coming to St. Catharines for the Olditmers’ Hockey Challenge taking place 7:00pm, Thursday, February 16, 2012, at Jack Gatecliff Arena.

Hockey Hall of Famer Ray Bourque plus Rick Middleton, Terry O’Reilly, Ken Linseman, Tom Fergus, Bob Sweeney, Mike Krushelnyski, Bruce Shoebottom, Dave Ellett, Cleon Daskalakis will take on the Ontario Law Enforcement Torch Team. Recently retired NHL Referee Kerry Fraser will add to the competitive spirit, fun and antics of the game.

The Oldtimers’ Hockey Challenge is designed to give fans and players alike an opportunity to celebrate a common joy of the game while at the same time giving much needed funds to worthy organizations. A portion of the proceeds from each ticket will go to the Ontario Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics.

Fans will also enjoy a laser show, local tykes & figure skaters, making the Oldtimers Hockey Challenge total family entertainment that appears in over 40 cities from coast to coast in Canada.
